On Tuesday, a Spanish teacher at Westwood High School was named in a lawsuit that alleges sexual abuse of a special needs student, reported My Fox Boston.
The suit alleges that Jaime Ashworth "groomed" the special needs teenager, and called and texted him. The suit, which will be tried by a jury, also alleges that Ashworth inflated the student's grade and gave him copies of personal phone numbers of teachers.

also reported that the teacher gave this student pain medication in exchange for oral sex, one time while the student was in a wheelchair in the school's conference room.
The superintendent said that claims had been investigated, but nothing sexual was found in the investigation. Ashworth eventually resigned.
