Neighbors Help Weymouth Police Nab Another Alleged Drug Dealer

Police arrested a South Weymouth man on Thursday for allegedly dealing Oxycodone after neighbors complained of him selling from his home.

The Weymouth Narcotics unit followed Jordan J. Goggin, age 29, of 22 Bates Ave to the Pleasant Shops on Thursday at 11 a.m. and witnessed him deal to two different people.

Weymouth Police Captain Richard M. Fuller Jr. said Goggin then met with a third person, later identified as Jillian C. Dodd, 31 of Braintree and conducted what detectives believed to be another drug deal.

Detectives confronted Dodd and recovered two Oxycodone pills that she told  police she bought from Goggin.

Police arrested Goggin after he was picked up and brought home by Shannon Dickenson, age 39 of Hanover.

When police confronted them, they recovered two Oxycodone pills from Dickenson that she had just purchased from Goggin, police said.  Detectives also found Goggin in  possession of $500. After he was arrested he confirmed that he sold Oxycodone to all four people that detectives observed him meet with, Fuller said.

Goggin is being charged with distribution of class B Oxycodone (four counts) and conspiracy to violate the drug laws (four counts).  Last August, he was also arrested for dealing Oxycodone.

Fuller said detectives started following Goggin after neighbors complained about him dealing drugs out of his home on Bates Ave.

Dodd and Dickenseon were each arrested and charged with possession of Oxycodone and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

The arrest was the fourth major drug bust in Weymouth this month.  On Feb 1, three men were arrested for selling crack,  on Feb. 6, a Plymouth man was caught selling heroin and prescription pills and last Thursday, a Weymouth man was found dealing marijuana and hashish from his home.

Police said neighbor complaints also led to last Thursday's drug bust in North Weymouth.
