Unconfirmed UFO Sighting Reported in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, MA — Things can get a little bit spooky in Massachusetts. Sept. 21, someone driving in Wilmington reported seeing one glowing green orb of light that shot across the sky and disappeared, National UFO Reporting Center.

The NUFORC did not confirm this report, but it's more fun to think it was something from outside of our galaxy.

Here's a look at five recent UFO sightings in Massachusetts, according to the NUFORC:

• Sept. 24, Rutland: 4 yellow lights in the sky. Perfectly spaced apart flying horizontal. No sound. Then 2 more followed but one at a time.
• Sept. 22, Boston: Multiple Amber-Red lights over South Boston heading North over Boston-Logan International Airport.
• Sept. 21, Quincy: Green oval shape shoot across the sky and then disappeared.
• Sept. 21, Lowell: I saw large green shooting star/fireball. It had a long green tail. It was going really fast, from east to west, from high to low. I
• Sept. 21: North Brookfield: Green oval flying through the sky
