When did you open/launch?

I started the business in January 2014.

What made you decide to open this type of business?

I have always enjoyed teaching and I taught CPR at the Fire station for over 20 years before starting my own business.

What do you like best about it?

I enjoy the fact that the training I provide has the potential to save a life, I respond to 911 calls every day so I teach what is actually going to occur during an emergency .

What is your biggest struggle?

The biggest struggle I see every day comes from businesses and local residents who have suffered or witnessed a tragedy and now are looking for training. None of us have a crystal ball, and bad things can happen to good people, so I recommend this training for everyone who is willing to help save a life.

What do you see for the future?

I would like to expand my business in the future, maybe after my fire career is over and I have more time to dedicate to teaching.

Name another local business you’d send customers to:

The local business that I would recommend is Eastern Bank on Main Street. I use them for my personal as well as business banking and they have always helped me if I encountered any problems.
