HealthcareSource expands to 40,000 square feet in Woburn
Talent management solutions firm adds 9,000 SF at TradeCenter 128
For the second time in two years, HealthcareSource is growing at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn. The current 9,000-square-foot expansion, expected to be completed this month, brings its total footprint to 40,000 square feet.
HealthcareSource, which provides talent management solutions for the healthcare industry, has experienced rapid growth in its five years at Cummings Properties’ landmark business campus. In the first quarter of 2016 alone, the 21-year-old firm increased its workforce by five percent.
In 2014, HealthcareSource consolidated its operations from multiple floors at TradeCenter 128 to one floor, according to Morgan Blum, the Cummings Properties account manager who worked directly with the firm on its current expansion.

HealthcareSource is now adding more corporate offices, open working space, meeting and conference rooms, and a fitness area for its health-conscious employees.
“Two years ago, our in-house design and construction crews worked with the HealthcareSource team to create a unique, brightly colored space, the focal point of which is custom-built Cabana-style glass phone rooms,” said Blum. “We are delighted to now customize more space that will complement this energetic environment. It is an exciting time for this growing company.”
