Charter Bus Goes Up In Flames In Worcester: Reports

Dramatic photos and video on social media showed massive plumes of smoke coming from the bus.

WORCESTER, MA — A charter bus erupted in flames outside a shopping center Saturday in Worcester, according to reports.

The incident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. outside the 90 Madison Place retail complex, according to the Telegram & Gazette. The bus had been traveling from New York to Massachusetts before the fire, Bianca Beltrán of NBC10 Boston tweeted, adding no one was hurt in the incident.

Video and photos tweeted by Beltran and Telegram & Gazette photographer Allan Jung showed the dramatic blaze, with massive plumes of smoke spewing from the bus as it went up in flames.
