Dearborn's wants customers to get comfortable–that's why they've added a number of "comfort foods" to their fare as one of several menu changes.

"We do a menu every so often," explained owner Khalil Ramadan. "We want to attract new customers and make sure old customers don't get bored."

New menu items include unique, Mediterranean-Asian fusion foods like a mango salad with savory dressing; a menu of fresh, carpaccio fish–meaning in thinly-sliced layers; beef sliders; and a "bucket of chicken"–which is really chicken breast lightly coated in panko breadcrumbs.

Additionally, look for decanters of wine for those looking for more than a glass, and new cocktails "designed by a mixologist from London," Ramadan said, adding that some of the fresh ingredients used in new menu items can also be found in drinks–like locally grown herbs and cucumber.

"I always have my bar working with my kitchen," added Ramadan, "and we try to stick to our roots."
