Get ready Hartland, Black Friday is just a few days away and some of the largest retailers are beginning to hype-up their door-buster deals.
National electronics and home entertainment giant Best Buy leaked a sneak peak of its 2012 Black Friday ad. It indicates stores, including the Brighton location, will open at midnight on Friday, Nov. 23, but passes for entry will be passed out at 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
Hundreds, including Hartland area residents, skipped their traditional Thanksgiving meal indoors altogether last year to get a prime spot outside area Best Buys.
On the list of incentives this year, according to Channel 7's website:
- Toshiba 50 inch LED HDTV: $399
- Toshiba 40 inch LCD HDTV: $179
- Blu-ray players: $39
- Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone: $48 with contract
- Playstation 3 bundle: $199 ($100 savings)
- Lenovo 15 inch, 2 GB laptop: $187
One note of caution, Examiner.com warns that most stores only carry a limited supply of these items, less than a dozen in most cases.
