Dates: Saturday, May 3 12:30 - registration and assessments, 1:00 - seminar w/ trainer Nate on RESET eating and how your body actually processes food - the good, the bad and the ugly, 2:00 more time for registration and assessments if necessary
Bootcamp sessions: Wednesdays - 7:15pm and Saturdays - 7:45 am
We officially start the 30 day countdown on May 5th because people like Mondays! So, the session ends on June 4th.
We are just wrapping up our April session, so the final numbers aren't in, but after only 2 weeks 15 participants lost a collective 77.7 pounds!!!! That's an average of over 5 pounds each.
