On March 22nd my royal sisters and I attended the 2014 AFAA Food Allergy Walk at the Mall of America. We started our morning by greeting participants into the mall, along with the Eagan ambassadors. We met Madona the mascot and took pictures. She is SO cute! We made our introductions on stage in the Macy's Court, along with several other ambassador groups. There were booths set up with information about allergies and special snacks for all. It was time for the Walk – all the visiting royalties were stationed along the route to cheer on all the participating walkers. Audrey, our Jr. Miss, came up with a cheer that we chanted for the walkers -- "2,4,6,8 who do we appreciate, not the king, not the queen but the AFAA Team"
It was an early morning at the mall, but loads of fun and I would gladly participate again!
