Mendota Heights Workshop: Landscaping for Pollinators

Create a sustainable landscape using native plants that will attract pollinators, reduce your yard work, water use, and chemical use.

For interested residents of Mendota Heights, an upcoming free workshop on creating a sustainable landscapewill be given in two sessions. The workshop will allow you to take steps to restore your environment while creating an oasis for you and the pollinators.

The first session will introduce you to the pollinators, sustainable landscape practices, various trees, shrubs, grasses, perennials for a sustainable yard for you to enjoy. The second session will be a personalized session for you to bring your photos and questions about your own yard. Attendance at the first session is required in order to attend the second session, according to a news release.

  • February 27, 2017 6:30pm - 8:30pm Mendota Heights City Hall (optional but must have attended the first session)
