Aromatherapy + Yoga Nidra Workshop

Aromatherapy + Yoga Nidra Workshop

This workshop will consist of a Chakra
(whole body) Balancing yoga sequence with soothing aromatherapy
diffusing in our Sanctuary studio, followed by the guided meditation of Yoga
Nidra.  Chantelle will use, and teach the benefits of aromatherapy throughout
class.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is an
ancient meditation
practice which allows participants to enjoy complete
physical, mental,
and emotional relaxation while exploring the deeper layers of
the 
subconscious and unconscious mind bringing an incredible
calmness,
quietness and clarity to the practitioner. Yoga Nidra is one of the 
deepest
of all meditations and is beneficial for people suffering from 
diseases such
as hypertension, stress, PTSD, anxiety, diabetes, migraines, asthma,
 ulcers,
digestive disorders, and skin diseases. As restful as four 
hours of sleep,
yoga nidra, when practiced regularly, will improve all
 aspects of the
practitioner’s well being.
