New Database Could Bring Affton New Business

The Affton Chamber of Commerce has launched an online commercial real estate database to further economic development and growth within the Affton community.

New Database Could Bring Affton New Business

The  launched an online  commercial property database, making it easy for businesses with an eye on Affton to find the perfect location.

“With this new tool, we have the ability to promote the Affton community to possible new businesses”, said the Affton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Joan Edleson,  according to Fox 2 Now. “The database will help to establish Affton as a community that is continuously looking for growth opportunities, regardless of challenging economic times."

Entreprenuers and franchisees looking for a spot in Affton can find the databse by logging on to the chamber's website and clicking "Commercial Properties." A searchable map and list of for-sale properties pops up.

For example, Affton Patch searched the database to find information on the up-for-sale property in Affton Plaza on Gravois Road. The chamber's database lists 9325 Gravois Road as a "market-friendly retail center" that is "anchored" by several popular stores, such as Ace Hardware*. The area has a "strong daytime population" of more than 4,000 businesses in a 3-mile radius and more than 108,000 residents, according to the listing.

What would you like to see go in at Affton Plaza? Tell us in the comments!
