The shuffleboard courts are on the cement slab at—also known as the dog park.
Bring your own cues and discs for play—some call them tangs and biscuits.
The courts are near the entrance to the park, between the bathrooms barn and the road, Old Baxter.
The city allotted about $8,000 to construct the courts.
The park is located behind Dierberg's Market Place (Clarkson and Baxter roads) and bounded by Baxter and Old Baxter roads, and Highcroft Drive.
The park also has community gardens, a walking trail, and a butterfly garden in the works.
