Former church leader Timothy Dolan is described as "exceptionally bright and likable" in a profile by the New York Daily News.

Dolan, who previously worked at and , will soon become a cardinal.

Quoting from the Daily News article:

"The eldest son continued to climb the ecclesiastic ladder, studying for his doctorate at Catholic University in Washington. He returned to St. Louis and worked as a parish priest from 1983 to 1987."
