MRH Football Improves to 3-0 in Home Opener

improved to 3-0 on Saturday night, beating Ste. Genevieve 30-22.

Senior quarterback Kahlid Hagens completed 15 of 22 passes for 324 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed 14 times for 84 yards and a touchdown.

Senior Lawrence Hogue had five catches for 158 yards and two touchdowns. All were career bests.

The Blue Devils had 29 penalties called against them as they scored 23 first-half unanswered points, according to the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

Next week MRH is at Park Hills Central on Friday.

Brentwood, which beat Clopton 50-30 on Friday, will play Cleveland at Southwest High School on Saturday.
