Comments: On a May 17 visit, the soft serve brushes had a pink and black tint, almost all refrigeration units have torn or loose door gaskets and the baked potato drawers are not closing. Also, a light on the buffet was not working. The light was fixed, but tile at the buffet still needs to be regrouted.

Comments: This follow-up was the result of a May 16 visit where the manager was not checking temperatures on the line or correctly icing down food and the knife rack was full of food splash. Air conditioner and vents were also full of food splash.
