Wentzville Police Blotter: Domestic Violence at the Budget Inn

Following is a list of reports taken by officers of the Wentzville Police Department from Tues., Dec. 11 to Thurs., Dec. 13.

December 11

  • An assault was reported at 8:48 a.m. at Timberland High School. There was a confrontation between students at school.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 1100 block of Hwy. Z at 1:30 p.m.
  • An auto accident was reported on Ramblewood Way at Cimarron Valley Trail at 5:24 p.m.
  • Stealing was reported in the 1800 block of Hackmann Hollow Drive at 7:10 p.m. Tools valued at under $500 were stolen from a vehicle.
  • A disturbance was reported at 10:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Park Lane. Jesse R. Finley, 28, was arrested for domestic violence.

December 12

  • Stealing was reported at 8:21 a.m. in the 2000 block of Great Oaks Boulevard. License tabs were stolen from a vehicle.
  • A juvenile problem was reported at 11:42 a.m. in the 1600 block of Hwy. Z.
  • A DFS report was taken in the 700 block of Linda Lane at 12:48 p.m.
  • An auto accident was reported in the 700 block of East Pearce Boulevard at 2:23 p.m.
  • Property damage was reported at 2:27 p.m. in the 400 block of Perry Cate Boulevard. Under $500 damage was done to a subdivision fence.
  • Stealing was reported at 4:48 p.m. at QuikTrip. The incident involved unauthorized use of a credit card by an unknown subject.
  • Stealing was reported in the 600 block of Linda Lane at 7:35 p.m. More than $750 of jewelry was stolen from a residence. 
  • Domestic violence was reported at the Budget Inn at 9:01 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported at the Budget Inn at 10:18 p.m.

December 13

  • An animal at large was reported at 9:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Autumn Glen Lane.
  • Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 100 block of West Main Street. A suspicious subject was in a store.
  • Graffiti was reported at Holt High School at 1:13 p.m.
  • Domestic violence was reported in the 1400 block of Tree Top Court at 2:03 p.m.
  • An auto accident was reported at Holt High School at 2:20 p.m.
  • Trespassing was reported on Silvercote Drive at Dry Brook Road at 2:45 p.m. The subjects turned out to be family members of the owner of land being developed.
  • Stealing was reported at Walmart at 4:48 p.m. Rebecca A.Taylor, 18, and Kaitlin A. Broeker, 17, were arrested for shoplifting miscellaneous items.
