Goulet has attended Nashua North High School. On Friday, police said they received a report at about 9:50 p.m. that someone may have fallen down a storm drain in the area of 75 Main St. A flash flood warning was in effect at the time.
"Officers spoke with several people in the area, but none of them witnessed anyone fall into the storm drain," Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said in a statement. Some unidentified "personal belongings" were found nearby.

Goulet's parents reported him missing Saturday morning. Police said those personal belongings were later determined to be Goulet's. He was last seen walking to a friend's house, and the storm drain was on the route he probably took, Baxter said.
Authorities on Saturday launched a frantic search for the boy that ended with the tragic discovery of the body Sunday. The investigation into the exact circumstances of the boy's disappearance is ongoing.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with Jacob's family, friends, classmates, and the entire Nashua community," police said in a statement.
