The man was at the wheel of a Toyota Tacoma truck when he suffered a medical episode, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree on Derry Street at about 2 p.m. He was transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, where he was pronounced dead.The identity of the driver was withheld pending notification of family, according to Hudson police Lt. Michael Gosselin. He was the only occupant of the vehicle.
