MANAHAWKIN, N.J. — Stafford officials responded to a working car fire Tuesday afternoon in front of 204 Jennings Road, according to police. The fire was quickly extinguished, and nobody was injured, according to Stafford Police Lieutenant James R. Vaughn.

Officials deemed the fire non-suspicious, Vaughn said. The vehicle was towed after Stafford Township Volunteer Fire Company responded to the fire, police said.
