Vehicle Fire Blocked Route 78 Exit Ramp Sunday Morning

A Route 78 west exit ramp in Bedminster was closed for a period of time Sunday morning because of a vehicle fire, according to the state’s traffic website.

The fire was blocking the ramp at exit 29, which leads to I-287/Routes 202-206, the website said.

The ramp was blocked around 9:45 a.m., but had been cleared just before 10:30 a.m.
