Raritan Valley Country Club Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer
Raritan Valley Country Club, located in Bridgewater, announces that Ryan Dionne has been named the club's new chief operating officer.

Bridgewater, N.J. - Raritan Valley Country Club, Somerset County’s premier member-owned private country club, is pleased to announce that Ryan Dionne has been named the club’s new chief operating officer. Dionne brings a wealth of golf course management and hospitality experience to Raritan Valley, the historic club nestled in the Watchung Mountains that boasts a classic 18-hole golf course, racquet sports, pool and amenities for the entire family.
At Raritan Valley, Dionne oversees all aspects of the club’s operations including administration and human resources; member and guest services; golf and hospitality departments; business development and marketing; budget planning; and community relations initiatives.

“Raritan Valley Country Club is a hidden gem, and I am both humbled and honored that the Membership and Board of Governors have entrusted me with the leadership of this historic property at such an important time in the club’s history,” said Dionne.
Dionne comes to Raritan Valley from RDC Golf Group, Inc. (RDC), a leading golf course ownership and management company. As general manager at RDC, Dionne supervised the operations of the renowned Forsgate Country Club in Monroe Township, and the family-oriented Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains.

Previously, Dionne spent three years as the assistant general manager of the private, equity-owned Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman, where he was honored with the Platinum Club Award for his outstanding service. His extensive country club experience also includes five years as the director of operations for food, beverage and lodging at the celebrated TPC Jasna Polana in Princeton.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Dionne distinguished himself early in his career, being named one of the country’s top “high flying” private chefs by the exclusive Robb Report magazine in 2004.
Dionne then expanded his hospitality experience into management, serving as an estate manager for a private employer. Prior to starting his career in the country club industry, Dionne was the co-founder and managing partner for Segredo Hospitality, LLC.
Dionne currently resides in Princeton with his family.
