Swastika Carved At Raritan Train Station Under Investigation

Raritan Police are investigating a swastika that was carved into a door at the Raritan Train Station.

RARITAN, NJ — A Swastika was reportedly carved into the door of the Raritan Train Station lobby on Dec. 27, police reported.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Everett Holt at (908)725-6700 Ext. 19.

On Dec. 27: James Evans, 29, of Somerville, was arrested on an active warrant out of the Green Brook Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Johnson Drive.

On Dec. 29: Stephanie Mangini, 23, of Raritan, was arrested for Defiant Trespass and a restraining order violation as a result of a domestic violence incident.

On Dec. 31: Ryan Corbin, 34, of Somerville, was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Ecstasy) following a motor vehicle stop on East Somerset Street.

On Jan. 1: Christopher Guaraca, 27, of Kenilworth, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Old York Road. Guaraca’s blood alcohol content registered at 0.12%.

On Jan. 2: Robert Stashek, 48, of Raritan, was arrested for simple assault and harassment as a result of domestic violence incident. Stashek was lodged in the Somerset County jail.
