Jeffrey L. Heller, principal and managing director of Avison Young’s New Jersey office, announced that the firm has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Bridgewater Crossing, one of New Jersey’s preeminent suburban office complexes.
Owned by Piedmont Office Realty Trust, one of the top five office real estate investment trusts in the U.S., Bridgewater Crossing is comprised of two mirror-image Class-A office buildings that together total approximately 600,000 square feet (sf). The buildings are located at 200 and 400 Crossing Blvd., within the master-planned, mixed-use Bridgewater Commons commercial complex.
Avison Young Principal William E. McCaffrey is leading the leasing assignment for Bridgewater Crossing, which is currently 94 percent leased.

Bridgewater Crossing was thoughtfully designed to integrate with the immediate vicinity’s hotel and retail uses, providing tenantsdirect pedestrian access to a 350-room Marriott hotel and conference center, and the adjacent Bridgewater Commons mall and The Village at Bridgewater Commons, which feature more than 100 stores and restaurants.
Currently, there is one unit available for lease at Bridgewater Crossing totaling 21,000 sf of fourth floor space.

The complex recently opened a new full-service cafeteria, which adds to an amenities wing that is highlighted by an executive conference center, cafe and fitness center with lockers and showers.
