UPS Honors 50 Accident-Free New Jersey Drivers

Two Martinsville men are part of a group of 50 United Parcel Service drivers from New Jersey being honored for 25 years or more of accident-free driving, according to a HearaldOnline.com report.

Gordon Glose, a UPS driver at the company’s location in Bound Brook, and Robert Bowden, a driver at the Edison location, were recognized as two of New Jersey’s 190 Circle of Honor members.

The 50 New Jersey employees are among 1,283 elite drivers worldwide who were recently inducted into the Circle of Honor, an honorary organization for UPS drivers who have achieved 25 or more years of accident-free driving, the report said. Globally, 6,486 active UPS drivers are members of the Circle of Honor.

“My thanks go to all of them for their dedication and focus, and for the countless lives they’ve saved,” said UPS New Jersey District President Mark Kemper.
