Voting Questions? Find Answers Here

The Burlington County clerk has made it simpler for voters to get answers to some basic election questions. (Figuring out who to vote for is still on you though.)

Voting Questions? Find Answers Here

Don’t know where to vote? Not sure whether you’re even registered to vote? The Burlington County clerk has answers.

“With less than 60 days until the election and the conclusion of both party conventions, our call volume has shown a clear increase,” said County Clerk Timothy Tyler. “Residents are calling for basic information and new website links have been added to help them find that information.”

The office has added a link to allow voters to be sure they are registered to vote in a few simple steps. The “Check Voter Registration” link will allow a resident to search the state’s voter registration database by entering just their name and date of birth.

The “Where Do I Vote” link allows a voter to find their polling location by entering only their address. They don’t need to know their election district to use the search. Residents using the “Where Do I Vote” link should double-check their search after Oct.1, as polling locations may change due to construction or other issues at regular locations.

“We have also moved a link (for) our Vote By Mail Application to the front page of our site,” added Tyler. “All these links are located on the lefthand side of the county clerk’s homepage."

Residents may look under the “Voting Information” link for general information, including registration questions, military and overseas voting, election results, and a current candidate listing.

Voters who cannot locate, or have issues with, their voter registration should contact the Superintendent of Elections Office at 609-265-5111.
