Award-Winning Entrepreneur to Speak at Highland
Motivational speaker, author and CEO Rahfeal Gordon will kick off Black History Month at Highland High School, speaking to students Friday morning.

Highland High School starts Black History Month in a big way Friday as it hosts award-winning motivational speaker, author and CEO Rahfeal Gordon for a school assembly.
Gordon, who will speak during two sessions for the students on Friday morning, brings his renowned presentation to the school. The self-made entrepreneur has performed in many well-known places ranging from Madison Square Garden and the Los Angeles Convention Center to Harvard University.
He has also been featured on a number of television programs such as Real Talk on My 9 in New York and Money for Breakfast on Fox News. When he is not on tour, Gordon is continuing his education at Harvard University.

A graduate of Arts High School in Newark and Montclair State University, Gordon has launched a number of successful companies as a business entrepreneur. They include Infinite Productions, a company he launched at just 15 years old, RahGor Publishing and RahGor Motivations. He also launched an organization named “Team Infinite” at Montclair State University as well as Bloomfield College in 2001. He has previously won the Global Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
Gordon also is a published author. He was nominated for the NAACP Image Award for his book, “Hometown Heroes," which he co-wrote with fellow author Michael B. Jordan while completing his degree at Montclair State in 2009. Most recently, Gordon accepted the Ernst and Young Crystal Award in 2011.
