Car Fire Snarling Route 80 In Roxbury

ROXBURY, NJ— A car fire on Route 80 in Roxbury just east of Exit 27 is causing major traffic going westbound Tuesday afternoon, 511nj.org said.

All lanes in both directions were temporarily closed. Eastbound lanes reopened earlier this afternoon, but westbound lanes are still seeing major delays.

The driver was ejected from the car, and taken by helicopter to Morristown Memorial Hospital with head and ankle injuries, CBS 2 reported.
