UPDATE: Camden Teen Charged in Haddon Township Shooting Surrenders
Brandon Spearman is charged with a shooting that is resulted in the death of a Camden man and the injuries of teenage girls.

A Camden teenager charged in connection with a shooting that killed an 18-year-old man and injured two teenage girls in Haddon Township earlier this month has surrendered, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo, Haddon Township Police Chief Mark Cavallo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson said Tuesday evening.
Brandon M. Spearman, 15, was accompanied by his attorney when he surrendered to detectives at the prosecutor’s office at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office announced he was a fugitive earlier in the day.

He is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tyimer Q. Bright and two counts of attempted murder in the shooting of the two girls.
Bright, a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old female, all of Camden, were shot in the parking lot of the Rooftop Lounge on Crescent Bouleveard, on the border of Haddon Township and Camden around 11:30 p.m. on April 5.

Bright, who was shot multiple times, was pronounced dead at around 3:25 a.m. at Cooper University Hospital in Camden.
The girls were injured in the shooting and were treated at Cooper.
A 17-year-old boy is believed to be a second shooter in the incident.
He was detained on April 22 following an interview at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. The following morning, he was charged with first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.
He is currently being held at an area juvenile correction center. The Prosecutor’s Office is not releasing his identity because he is not yet being charged as an adult.
After he was charged, a warrant was issued for Spearman’s arrest.
