Tesla Engulfed In Fire, Extinguished In Hillsborough
The fire was reported on Friday morning in the parking lot of a business.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Tesla caught fire in a parking lot in Hillsborough on Friday morning.
On Oct. 6 at around 8:47 a.m., the Hillsborough Township Police Department were called to 2124 Camplain Road for a report of a motor vehicle fire in the parking lot of the business.
Emergency responders found a Tesla engulfed in fire, said Hillsborough Police Lt. Scott W. Mc Carthy.

The Hillsborough Township Fire Department extinguished the fire. There were no injuries.
The fire is not considered suspicious at this time. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the Hillsborough Township Police Department and the Hillsborough Township Bureau of Fire Safety.
