Video: 4 Cars Engulfed In Flames At Hillsborough Auto Auction Building

A video captures firefighters using a piece of yard machinery to lift a vehicle with a ruptured fuel tank off the ground to extinguish it.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Four cars caught fire at an auto auction site in Hillsborough on Thursday night. (See video below)

Hillsborough Twp Station 37 Fire was called to Copart at 2124 W Camplain Rd. at 7:10 p.m. on Feb. 3 for a report of multiple vehicles on fire.

Firefighters found about four cars were fully-engulfed in flames. Firefighters used two tankers and two engines to help extinguish the fire.

Manville Fire Station 42 was also called out to handle any exposure to the building and Montgomery Station 45 was requested to provide fire coverage for Hillsborough.
