Details and the winning ticket locations were revealed in New Jersey as the Powerball jackpot has reached its highest level in months this week.
There were three New Jersey Lottery tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Wednesday drawing, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize.
If those tickets had been purchased with the Power Play Multiplier option, they would have been worth $100,000, according to lottery officials.

The Powerball jackpot rolls to $403 million for the next drawing to be held Saturday, Nov. 26, at 10:59 p.m.
The winning tickets from Wednesday night’s drawing were sold at the following locations:

- Atlantic County: Cedar Food Market VII, 1125 Arctic Ave., Atlantic City
- Hudson County: Bond Drugs, 371 Central Ave., Jersey City
- Monmouth County: Wegman’s Manalapan, 55 Route 9 South, Manalapan.
Also, two lucky tickets matched all five numbers drawn winning the $168,756 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Wednesday, Nov. 23 drawing. The winning numbers were: 03, 12, 19, 21 and 37 and the XTRA number was: 03. The lucky retailers that sold those winning tickets are:
- Essex County: Family Liquors, 1112 Broad St., Newark
- Hudson County: K & S Delicatessen LLC, 299 Danforth Ave., Jersey City.
In the Saturday Powerball drawing, there was one New Jersey Lottery ticket sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn, winning the $50,000 third-tier prize, according to New Jersey Lottery officials.
If that ticket had been purchased with the Power Play Multiplier option, it would have been worth $100,000.
The winning ticket from Saturday night’s drawing was sold in Middlesex County at Joyce Kilmer - HMS, Mile Post 78.7 North, New Jersey Turnpike, Milltown.
The winning numbers for the Saturday, Nov. 19, drawing were 16, 24, 28, 43 and 61. The Red Power Ball number was 21. The Multiplier number was 02.
In addition to the third-tier prizewinning ticket sold, there were 63,934 New Jersey players who took home an estimated $309,771 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, according to Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.
“Congratulations to all of the lottery players who purchased winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” Hedinger said in a release. “I’d like to remind players to purchase their Powerball tickets with a winning attitude and add Power Play to the ticket purchase. Power Play doubles the second prize from one million dollars to two million dollars and multiplies all of the seven lower prize sets available in the game by the number drawn that evening. The jackpot prize is not multiplied.”
