Naked Man Tries To Snatch Cops' Guns In Hoboken
Police found the man running around outside HPD headquarters.

Hoboken police officers found themselves unexpectedly fending off a naked assailant during an arrest on Friday morning.
According to police, officers attempted to stop and arrest Kevin Franco, 22, of Elmhurst, NY, after spotting him naked and running after a person outside of HPD headquarters on Hudson Street around 6:21 a.m.
That was when Franco created a scuffle and tried to snatch the weapons out of the officers’ holsters, police stated.

After subduing Franco “without further incident,” police transported him to Hoboken University Medical Center for treatment.
Police were unable to determine Franco’s mental state at the time of his arrest.

Warrant complaints were generated and an $11,000 bail in full was set. Franco was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility after his treatment was completed at HUMC.
