More Than 100 Arrested, Hospitalized Related To PNC Arts Center Rap Concert

More than 100 people were hospitalized or arrested in connection with a concert at PNC Bank Arts Center on Sunday night, the State Police said. Several more summonses are expected.
Sixty-five were arrested for underage possession/consumption of alcohol, six Juveniles were arrested for underage possession/consumption of alcohol and 26 were arrested for possession of drugs, according to the State Police.
Officers from the Matawan and Aberdeen police departments responded to the NJ Transit train station at Main Street and Railroad Plaza on Sunday because of more than 1,000 young people exiting the train and heading toward the PNC Bank Arts Center to see rapper Wiz Khalifa, according to nj.com.
