Indictments handed down by Monmouth County Grand Juries

Howell Resident Faces Forgery Charge

Donna L. Fairbairn, 50, of Oak Glen Road was indicted on two counts by a Monmouth County grand jury for incidents occurring around the county between October and December of last year.

Fairbairn was indicted on one count of third degree forgery for allegedly forging checks in and around Manasquan, Sea Girt and Wall. She was also indicted on one count of third degree theft by deception for obtaining more than $500 as a result of the alleged forgery. 

In other indictments:

Martin C. Kirsch, 25, of East 3rd Street and Erik E. Holton, 19 of West 5th Street were each indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the indictment on or about December 28, of last year the pair were found to be in possession of aphetamine. 

Elisabeth T. Arroyo, 42, and Wilfredo Bermudez, 35, of Lakewood were each indicted on one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. According to the indictment the two were arrested in Howell and found to be in possession of heroin.
