Howell Residents Indicted on Drugs, Weapons Charges

A group of six Howell residents and a Manasquan man were indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on a total of seven charges stemming from an incident in August of 2012. 

Kevin Keeton, and Laura A. Adamavage, both 22 and Jennifer Stephenson, 59, were indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. On or about Aug. 17, 2012 they were found to be in possession of heroin in the township.

The three were also indicted on one count of fourth degree unlawful possession of a weapon for being in possession of knives at the time. The also face one count of second degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Adamavage and Stephenson were also indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance when they were also alleged to have been found in possession of cocaine at around the same time.

The pair were also indicted on one count of fourth degree possession of a prohibited weapon for reportedly being found in possession of metal knuckles. 

David E Adamavage Sr., 58, was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance for being in possession of oxycodone. 

Along with 28-year-old Amanda L. Adamavage, 25-year-old Daniel Rakoski and 26-year-old Joseph B. Adamavage of Manasquan were indicted on one count of fourth degree unlawful possession of a weapon for having "knives and/or clubs and/or swords and or machete a the time of the incident.
