Barre3

Barre3, which combines yoga and Pilates with ballet barre, has opened on South Livingston Avenue.  The 60-minute class is designed to "strengthen, lengthen and develop leaner muscles in the healthiest way possible," said owner Nora Yi.

Don's Restaurant

Don's Restaurant, originally Don's Drive-In, opened in Livingston in the 1950s and existed there until the mid-1990s, having carved out a reputation big enough that people have been waiting with bated breath for this revival to finally open, so much so they have been talking about on the restaurant's own Facebook page.

E.nopi

E.nopi is a supplemental education program focused on math, reading, and writing that originated in Korea in 1976 and now has more than 2.5 million children enrolled world-wide.

Get in Shape for Women

Get in Shape for Women, located at 521 South Livingston Ave, offers residents the type of program needed for residents who are serious about losing weight, but don’t have the support needed to accomplish their goal.

Stealing Food Space

The restaurant's name is unusual and even a little bit criminal, but Stealing Food Space owner Ken Chen said its title is meant to be a joke. Chen, who has worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years as chef and entrepreneur, said he has taken the best recipes from the different places he worked at and decided to put them all under one roof in his new eatery. Hence the wide variety of different specials on the menu, which include several types of sandwiches, tacos, rice bowls, pastas and soups.

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute workout for new moms to get back in shape that includes cardiovascular, strength and flexibility drills, with some of the exercises involving strollers. The class is both interactive for the moms and their babies.

Sun Oriental

The Japanese restaurant specializes in serving meats and seafood cooked on a hibachi -a flat grill - and teriyaki - foods broiling and grilling in soy sauce, said Jade Tan, who co-owns the restaurant with her husband, Ronald Zhuang, his brother, Rong Gan Zhuang, and wife, Angelina Chen.

Twist It

Life can be a treat at the beach in Twist It, a new self-serve frozen yogurt shop in Livingston.  The surf and shore-themed business, which recently opened in the township, offers a variety of rotating flavors — a total of 24 — to satisfy the craving for something sweet.
