She loved being with people and especially enjoyed entertaining her family and friends at her home. Her love of cooking, art and gardening made her home a wonderful place to visit.
Bernice was an accomplished water color artist, and excelled at colorful works of flowers and outdoor settings. She loved animals, especially cats. But most of all she adored her family and friends, unconditionally.
She is predeceased by her husband Morris and survived by her children Jay Newberg and Amy Scerbo, and their respective spouses Cindy and William, her grandsons, Harry and Kevin and sister Ruth.
