A Long Valley woman pulled over for failing to observe a traffic signal was charged, along with her passenger, with possession of LSD with intent to distribute, Hackettstown Police said.

Tara O’Neill, 18, of Long Valley, and Pavel Skorlupin, 19, of Parsippany were in possession of the hallucinogenic drug after an investigation Saturday night when O'Neill was pulled over, police said.

Police said O'Neill had in her possession four paper tabs of LSD. Skorlupin allegedly had 46 paper tabs of the drug, along with a piece of a pen police said had suspected burnt marijuana. Skorlupin was also wanted in Warren County on a possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge, police said.

O'Neill was released pending a court appearance after being charged with possession of LSD, possession of LSD with the intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and failure to observe a traffic signal, according to police.

Skorlupin was charged with possession of LSD, possession of LSD with the intent to distribute in a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He is being in the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail.
