Memorial Sloan Kettering To Expand To Bergen County
Outpatient cancer treatment center in Montvale to open next winter.

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center will open a new outpatient treatment center in Bergen County next year, the company announced Tuesday.
The state-of-the-art, 109,000-square-foot facility outpatient facility will be located in Montvale. A symbolic ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Tuesday.
More than 700 Bergen County residents sought treatment at the center's Manhattan facilities in 2015. Sloan Kettering estimates that more than 8,000 clinical visits, 4,700 chemotherapy treatments, and 4,200 radiation treatments will be conducted at the facility in its first six months of operation. Those numbers are projected to double in 2018, the company said in a statement.
