Spring Lake resident Charles “Chuck” McHugh, 58, wanted nothing more than to have an active part in raising his children, becoming a stay-at-home father and placing family above all else. His two young children and wife now face a lifetime without him, after a hit-and-run driver snuffed out Mr. McHugh’s life while he rode his bicycle last week, according to the Coast Star.
The hunt to find the car and driver responsible for the fatal hit and run last Wednesday is still underway, according to Howell Township Police, according to the Coast Star.
