Product Strategy Manager

The Product Strategy Manager will be the one go-to resource for the iCIMS Solution set, enabling employees to better refine and execute the overall portfolio. Candidates with experience within the Human Capital Management industry, specifically focused around talent acquisition or talent management software are preferred, according to the posting.

Customer Opportunity Consultant

The Customer Opportunity Consultant is expected to be responsible for following up on Customer Marketing outreach campaigns to existing iCIMS clients regarding cross-sell and upsell opportunities that will help their business stay ahead of the competition in the war for top talent. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proven track record of success in B2B sales and enjoys networking with C-level executives and other decision makers within Human Resources, according to the posting. 

Client Relationship Director

The Client Relationship Director would be responsible for increasing customer retention, manage the contract renewal, and prepare and follow-up on sales quotes, among other things.

Manager of Corporate Communications
