Man's Body Found At Tinton Falls Mazza Recycling Plant

TINTON FALLS, NJ — Nov. 10 update: The Monmouth County Prosecutor's office said Friday they have no new information to release on the man's body, either his identity, or cause of death nor his age or what town he is from.

The body of an adult man was found Wednesday at Mazza Recycling Plant in Tinton Falls, confirmed a spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor.

The man's body was found by one of the plant's employees, said a spokeswoman for Mazza Recycling. His body was found some time Wednesday.

"On November 8, one of our employees discovered a body mixed in with recyclables at our material-recovery facility, in an area where collection trucks from multiple counties dump on site," said Brynn Mosello, a spokeswoman for Mazza Recycling. "Police were immediately called to the scene and the facility was shut down for an investigation by the authorities."

The prosecutor's office is releasing few other details, except to say that they and Tinton Falls Police are actively investigating.

Mazza Recycling Center is located at 3230 Shafto Road in Tinton Falls, NJ 07753.

An identity of the man has not been released, nor has his cause of death.
