Afterglow Way, a brick paved road in Montclair has become a new point of discussion.
The road appears to be crumbling and is in bad shape. Repaving the road and maintaining the brick would cost the town roughly $1 million while paving it with asphalt would cost the town a few thousand dollars.
Afterglow resident Tom O’Beirne has offered his paving company services to pave the road with asphalt for free, yet local residents are opposed to the idea, seeking to preserve the brick.
What do you think? Should Montclair spend the money and preserve the brick? Or should the road be made asphalt? Take our poll or comment below!Don't see an option you like? Feel free to enter your own, or comment below!
