Today, we're providing a list of the top 12 most valuable properties that pay the least amount in taxes—as in zero.

Most, if not all, of the properties on the list will come as no surprise. Several are township- and school-owned, as well as a handful of churches and nursing homes. 

Combined, these properties account for $178,231,200 of the township's $4.6 billion total ratable base. 

The following is a list of the top 12 tax-exempt properties, based on records provided by the township tax assessor.
