MORRISTOWN, NJā Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen is currently holding his second "teletown hall" Tuesday night, robo-calling 66,000 people across two counties.
Frelinghuysen called residents in Morris and Sussex Counties at 5:15 p.m. for the second in what his office is calling a "teletown hall." Anyone who signed up to receive these calls was also included.

Last weeks "teletown hall" was the subject of much controversy for appearing to be unpublicized to residents. Only one journalist was on the call, who told Patch she was alerted to it by a friend.

Frelinghuysen has not held an in-person town hall since 2013, and local activist groups have taken to hosting their own in his absence.
Reporters received notice of this Tuesday's call around 12:20 p.m., and were provided a dial-in number.
