An overturned tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike caused delays and shut down a lane of traffic in the Newark area on Thursday morning.
According to NJ511, the accident took place prior to morning rush hour on the southbound western spur north of Interchange 15E on U.S. 1 and 9 in Newark.
The crash blocked the right lane and the shoulder of the road, NJ511 stated.
