Rental Cars Engulfed In Fire At Newark Airport (VIDEO)
Several rental cars were destroyed after becoming engulfed in flames at the Newark Airport Avis Car Rental, authorities said.

NEWARK, NJ — Several rental cars were destroyed after becoming engulfed in flames at the Newark Airport Avis Car Rental on Lindbergh Road Wednesday night, authorities say.
Newark and Port Authority firefighters responded to the second floor of the rental company’s parking garage around 7:11 p.m. On arrival, fire crews saw three vehicles completely engulfed in flames, according to the Newark Department of Public Safety.
The fire extended to two nearby cars until firefighters were able to extinguish it 20 minutes later with a combination of water, foam and dry chemicals, authorities said.

There were no injuries. The Port Authority Fire Department is conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire, police said.
