What About Bill Moyers at Rutgers Graduation?

Just announced last week as Rutgers' main commencement speaker, he's now second fiddle to Obama.

New Brunswick, NJ - Now that President Barack Obama has agreed to speak at Rutgers' 250th graduation ceremonies this May 15th, some people may have be asking — What about Bill Moyers?

The longtime journalist was just announced last week, a mere seven days ago, that he would be the main commencement speaker at Rutgers' graduation, as Obama took two years to respond to Rutgers' invitation to speak, first sent in 2013. But with the school's announcement Thursday that Obama will speak, will Moyers also?

"Moyers will speak at the School of Arts & Sciences convocation that occurs immediately after the commencement exercises in the stadium," one of Rutgers' top spokespeople, E.J. Miranda, told Patch Thursday.
